this was my 12-year-old dream come true. me, beth, amy and matt went because we got matt tickets for his birthday. we also saw andrew there, which ruled. rancid played nearly the whole album of "out come the wolves"!! it was so great! beth and i sang along and i even caught her waving her fists in the air sometimes. it made us feel like it was 1995 again and we LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT. while i stood there singing along to "olympia, wa" with andrew and beth, i turned to them and shouted "do you guys like rancid?" if you know the story behind that, you know why it was the most perfect moment ever. ha.

i also finally got to see tiger army, since i have missed them like the last 3 times they have come to town. they were good but i think they would sound better in a smaller club. they played my favorite, "cupids victim," but it sounded kinda crappy. i did however love hearing "annabel lee" live.
