our dude mags from the dead boys got us into the show for free, or else i doubt i'd have been able to afford it and never would have had the chance to see them play. but i did and it was cool. since it was halloween, beth and i dressed up in our bobbysoxer outfits but also put on dead zombie makeup. i was right up front for the show and it wasn't too bad until the very end during "sonic reducer" and "down in flames." jimmy zero sings mostly for them now, and sometimes cheetah, too. mags spotted me in the front right away and made a face like "what the crap am i doing up here? oh well." it sounds so good to hear "all this and more" live. they are still tight as a band. it was a good time.
